About

CalcForSellers is a small set of calculators for people who run online stores on Shopify, Amazon, Etsy or their own site.

Who makes it

We are MatrixInn Solutions, a small development team. Most of our work is Shopify apps, so we spend a lot of time with store owners and their numbers. The same questions kept coming up: what is my real margin after fees, what ROAS do I need, what does free shipping cost me. This site is where we put the answers.

How the calculators are checked

Each calculator runs the formula written out on its page, and each page has a worked example you can type in to get the same result. Where a calculator depends on a platform's fees, the page says which fee schedule it uses and when we last checked it, because platforms change their fees.

If a result looks wrong to you, send us the numbers you entered. We would rather hear about it than have someone price a product off a bad number.

How the site is paid for

The calculators are free and need no account. The site will show ads to cover hosting and our time. Some pages may mention one of our own Shopify apps where it is relevant to the topic, and we will always say that it is ours.
