Terms of use
Last updated 9 October 2026.
By using calcforsellers.com you agree to these terms. They are short because the site is simple: free calculators and the guides that explain them.
The results are estimates
The calculators do arithmetic on the numbers you enter. They cannot know your exact plan, contract, tax position or the fees a platform charged you on a given day. Use the results to plan and compare, then check the real figures in your Shopify, Amazon, Etsy or payment dashboard before you set prices or file anything.
Nothing on this site is tax, legal, accounting or financial advice. If a decision depends on it, talk to someone qualified who knows your business.
Platform fees change
Where a calculator uses a platform's published fees, the page shows the source and the date we last checked it, and lets you change the rate. Platforms update their fees without telling us, so a rate on this site can be out of date. We fix them as soon as we know.
No warranty
The site is provided as it is, free of charge. We work to keep the formulas correct, but we do not guarantee that every result is free of errors, and we are not liable for losses that come from relying on one.
Using the site
You can use the calculators for your own business or your clients' as often as you like. Please do not copy the guides onto other sites or scrape the site automatically. Linking to any page is welcome.
Other sites and our own apps
Pages link to platforms, fee schedules and sometimes to Shopify apps made by MatrixInn Solutions, the team behind this site. When we mention our own app we say so. We are not responsible for the content of other sites.
Changes and contact
